We all have had issues staying physical during this time…especially when it’s raining or it is so hot outside your skin feels like it will melt off. 😂 On the days you can’t swim or ride a bike or go for a walk, what do you do?
It’s easy to become a coach potato…let’s be honest, most of us have in some capacity. We have our screen time but it is SO important to move and stretch, to get our lymphatic system moving so we can pump the daily toxins we come in contact with, out of our bodies.
I once thought yoga was only for young flexible people that could do handstands and back bends but yoga is for everyone! Moving & stretching help you become more aware of your body…where it needs love & care. It also helps improve mental clarity & focus as well as calming the mind. But how does a busy mom find time? Or get the kids to do it?
If nothing else, I, somewhere at sometime, get a sun salutation done in my day. A series is great but even if I only have a few minute break from my desk work, I will stop and do one (good idea for during a virtual school semester 🙄) Here is how:

We put on oils before & after. Take some deep breaths.
Want to get in a yoga session, at home, and don’t know where to start? My FAVORITE YouTube yoga channel is Yoga with Adriene! Love that she has sessions centered around every topic you can think of. Find her here: https://www.youtube.com/c/yogawithadriene
Have young kids that want to try some fun yoga? This channel is SO much fun! My youngest loves the Pokémon yoga on Cosmic Kids 😄 https://youtu.be/tbCjkPlsaes
When you need to clean your yoga mat, or even just any excercise equipment you may have at home, DIY this natural spray. Great for cleaning and refreshing all the sweaty surfaces you come in contact with 👇👇👇

From one of my oil community groups❤
Do you practice yoga at home? Is it something you might have thought about during the quarantine but haven’t tried yet? Give it a go and let me know what you think!
